We operate the website at virtuhireusa.com and provide staffing services that connect US businesses with pre-vetted South African remote staff. Our staffing operations are delivered in partnership with Moonsgate Capital (Pty) Ltd, trading as VirtuHire, based in Cape Town, South Africa, which acts as the employer of record for placed staff.

Information you provide

  • Lead inquiry forms: name, email, company, role you're hiring for, industry, and any notes you choose to include.
  • Calendar bookings: when you book a call, the calendar provider (Google) collects your name, email, and meeting time.
  • Email correspondence: any information you share when you reply to us.

  • IP address and approximate country (via Cloudflare)
  • Browser type and user agent
  • Referring URL
  • UTM parameters and other URL tracking parameters
  • Pages visited and approximate time on page

  • To match your role requirements with appropriate candidates from our network

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Your information may be processed in the United States (where our hosting and email services are based) and South Africa (where our staffing partner is located). We rely on contractual safeguards and reputable service providers with appropriate security controls to protect your information across borders.

7. How long we keep your information

Lead inquiry data is retained for up to 36 months from your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
