VirtuHire US is a brand of Ritz Consulting Group, a sole proprietorship registered in California, USA. We provide staffing services that place pre-vetted South African remote staff with US businesses, in partnership with Moonsgate Capital (Pty) Ltd (trading as VirtuHire), based in Cape Town, South Africa.

3. Use of the website

You may use the site for personal or business research, learning about our services, and submitting inquiries. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site by automated means without written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or any unlawful content

4. Staffing services

5. No employment relationship between you and VirtuHire

Staff placed through VirtuHire US are employees of the South African employer of record (Moonsgate Capital or its affiliated entity), not employees of VirtuHire US or of you (the client). You are responsible for managing day-to-day work direction, scope, and feedback, while VirtuHire and the employer of record handle employment, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance in South Africa. No joint employer relationship is created between you and VirtuHire US by virtue of using our services.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, layouts, logos, and code, is owned by VirtuHire US / Ritz Consulting Group or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal or internal business research purposes. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute content without our prior written permission.
